I spent more than 30 years on the mats. Ran my own martial arts academy for over 20 of them. In that time I watched hundreds of people walk in carrying something they couldn't name, a hesitation, a ceiling, a version of themselves they couldn't quite access, and I watched what happened when they did the work to
shift it.
