The discovery call is free. It's 20–30 minutes. You tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly whether I think RTT and Conversational Hypnotherapy are the right fit for it, and if so, which option makes sense. If we're not a fit, I'll say so. The call exists to make sure the work we do together is the right work.

Single Session
The Phoenix Breakthrough
One deep RTT session to find and clear the root.
One RTT session goes deep. 90 minutes working directly with the unconscious mind, finding the root belief, the moment it was formed, and updating it at the level it was set. Not managing the block. Clearing it.
After the session you receive a personalised 21-day audio recording, built specifically for your block. You listen every night and, for performance blocks, before the relevant situation. Bobby listened before matches. The recording reinforces the new belief in the unconscious every time it plays.
This is where most people start. One session is often enough for a specific, focused block. If more work is needed, we'll discuss that honestly — not as a default upsell.

Three Session Programme
The Phoenix Rebuild
1 RTT session + 2 Conversational Hypnotherapy to clear the root and consolidate the change.
The Breakthrough clears the root. The Rebuild makes sure it stays cleared — and addresses the patterns that have built up around it.
After the RTT session, Conversational Hypnotherapy sessions continue the work. No formal induction. No scripts. Direct therapeutic conversation that reinforces the updated belief, interrupts the old pattern before it can re-establish, and works through anything else that surfaces as the first layer clears.
Most blocks have layers. The RTT session finds and clears the deepest root. The follow-on sessions address what that root was holding in place — the habits, the secondary patterns, the ways the block had shaped behaviour over time. This is the most complete version of the work.
